When you become a member, we take your name in order to add you to our database. This means that if you lose your membership card you can still access your credits. We do not share this information with any third parties.
When you sign up to our mailing list, either by giving your email when you become a member or separately through the sign up form on our website, we collect personal information. We use that information to send you updates about our events. We also gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails
When someone visits our website we use third party services to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and length of time on pages, which helps us to improve our website.
